Indie Aid Asia- from indie artists to the world

Last night I received such an amazing vision from one of our indie band friend, mr. Siva Antonio Chandran, and its fortunately in the same time with what is happening especially in my country,Indonesia, with the recent earthquakes in West Sumatra,padang. I want you guys, to read the original message from Siva, and i really hope, you guys, especially indie artist in Indonesia and all around the world could support this vision. Read the message:

I have a dream..a vision..that we will have more than 100 independent bands perform across many countries in Asia over 24 hours non-stop to raise money for 100 homes/charitable causes in Asia.(Remember “band Aid?Live Aid?) What if we also unite as many youths and supercharge everyone into “pockets of people” and get them to all create their own way of performing a good cause/deed that will help change their lives and the lives of others? What if we had 1 million youths across Asia doing this one day simultaneously with the Indie Aid concert and we all had a party and fiesta while helping others? What if we could change someone’s life? What if we could change our life..forever! This is a call to individuals, groups, organizations, companies..people from all walks of life to come together and co-create this amazing event. There is no direction..only a moment that we can share. And that moment is NOW!

From my point of view, as an indie artist , yes we need to give back to the world to the community, to play for them and to give to support especially for those who have been troubled with nature cause. God Bless.
